Wellness is a state of balance of our mind, body, soul, and earth. It is an ever-evolving physical, emotional, and spiritual process of well-being. There are no quick fixes, guaranteed results, or cure-all tricks in Wellness.
Wellness is a direct result of being proactive, not perfect. It is a lifestyle comprised of balanced nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stimulation of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves.
Wellness is responsibly taking care of our earth in a sustainable manner so that the quality of the air we breathe, water we drink, food we eat, and the environment we live in helps us, not hurts us.
Above everything else though, Wellness is a choice.
